So far since I’ve had my Wave Rider 28’s I’ve loved every run. I run casually 3 to 4 times a week and these give me great comfort and support to do so. Highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant shoes. Best I've even worn. Had Ghosts then new balance previously all great but these are most comfortable. Big lug at the back makes them very easy to put on. Only used for walking.

After trying on 9 different shoes these ones stood out for comfort, stability and “squishiness”. Super comfy, much less leg soreness and faster too (or maybe that’s just me getting fitter!)

Great everyday trainer. I have never owned a pair of Mizuno shoes before so I was very impressed with these. Great materials ensuring a smooth ride for short- moderate distance runs. The waveplate is noticeable but comfortable, plus it feels fast!

Love the update, lighter and the upper holds the foot better, the midsole cushion but still firm and works fgrest with the blade providing a great balance while Running with a stable balanced transition from heal to toe
