Complete rubbish- avoid buying

I am now on my second bike. First one had holes drilled incorrectly and could not be assembled, the installers had to take it away. Second bike installers could not get handle bars to sit straight, warranty claim placed. Was told parts to fix handlebars had been shipped - 2 weeks have passed and nothing. Bike also can not be used for more than 15 min as on any longer virtual ride the display freezes, resistance and incline locks and stops adjusting. You can’t end the workout and work out data is lost. Have tried about 10 different suggested fixes and still no relief. Logged job with IFIT and after providing information on the model etc a week has gone by with no response. Also video skips and jitters every 6 seconds which seems to be a common issue that can not be resolved and may or may not be related to a law suit that IFIT is facing regarding their streaming algorithm causing them to downgrade streaming. Do not have a usable bike, have had to miss multiple days of work for installs and repairers that have been unsuccessful.

Great bike with quality build

This is a great bike. Very smooth and quiet for riding. I found the subscription for iFit a little on the expensive side but the video content and rides across different locations are good. And there is plenty more content then just riding. Downside: The fan is a little noisy but not terrible. The screen has a little movement when peddling fast but again nothing terrible. I am a harsh judge but really, this is a great bike and the incline / decline is a real game changer. The touch screen is also easy to navigate. I paid the extra to have the bike set up. Probably could have done it myself but it did look heavy, they did put it in a room upstairs and there was a bit of time taken to put it together so it was more than reasonable for what I paid.

Do not buy. After a recent software update the ifit only runs in low res mode. Unwatchable and jumps frames.

I love my Nordic Track bike. The seat is hard but I bought a cover and now it feels fine, The bike tilts up and down automatically during workouts and the resistance feels really good. I use it every day now and it's part of my lifestyle, couldn't be more satisfied.

Looking at building a home gym? Look no further this bike is truly amazing, best feature this bike has is the feeling of being on an actual bike outdoors, with the hydraulic system that mimics the ups and downs of a rocky terrain absolutely unreal.

"Outstanding Bike with Only One Flaw: The Seat"

The NordicTrack S22i NT22 Studio Bike offers an excellent workout with its 22-inch touchscreen and interactive iFit workouts. The automated incline and decline features add a realistic challenge. While the bike is sturdy and well-built, the only downside is the uncomfortable seat. Overall, it's a fantastic investment for home fitness.

Awesome tool for 'distracted exercise"!!

Awesome equipment and iFit program. Just the motivation I was looking for to get regular exercise with the added benefit of being distracted while doing it. Online trainers are funny, knowledgable and enthusiastic. Very impressed with how much local information and history they seamlessly include into the sessions - I look forward to the next one!! Only faults with the equipment I've found is the seat/bar/pedal adjustment doesn't extend far enough for even a 178cm rider - it should have longer stems on each adjustment. Monitor based cooling fan is too noisy so you can't hear the audio commentary - there is no excuse for this - where's the quality control?
