Decent, solid bar as advertised for a killer price. Good knurling, standard 50mm ends, with working bushings. Spring clips were a nice tight fit, with good gauge wire.

Good bar. Great value for money.

This is a decent bar, especially for the price point. I use it for dead lifts and some olympic lifts and it does the job. It's no commercial bar, but you're not paying commercial bar prices either. The knurling isn't as grippy as I'd like but it's not terrible either. I'll invest in a dedicated bar for olympic lifts but would definitely hold on to this one as a second bar.
