Expensive, covered in grease, otherwise fine.

The grip pitch is fairly shallow and the grip diameter is slightly smaller than a regular power bar, so if youre buying this to alleviate forearm strain, it may not be that great an improvement over a regular bar. Brass bushings are nice, and sleeves are held on with regular alan bolts, so cleaning is simple. Came covered in some sort of packaging grease, leaving it slippery to the touch. Takes a while to clean. Very expensive for a budget brand bar.

Quality bar perfect for gym or training at home. Came complete with plate clips - note that this is in an olympic bar so 50mm plate hole required
