Plum Play Multiplay Swingset

Happy with product considering the item at my closet store East Mailand didn’t have stock, so purchased from Glendale store on line, paid for it went to store to collect 6 days after purchase, and they didn’t have my item at the store. It took the store manager around an hour to problem solve while i stood in the shop. I told the manager that just drove 1/2hr to Glendale to collect the swing set. The manager told me he had just rang the store close to where I live, and that they had just received a new shipment and the manager had organised for me to collect from East Maitland store. Glendale manager was sympathetic and offered me a gift as a token for being stuffed about. So I took a wayer bottle, left and went to East Maitland store to collect seing set. I arrived at East Maitland and was asked to go to back dock to collect it. When the young bloke opened the door and had my item ready hes responce was (Im not allowed to help pick up item) so I had to pick this item up by myself at 35kgs and load on my ute. This last bit is a fine example of poor oh&s from the store to the customer considering im the customer purchasing the item and the store should have 2 people to load any item into the customers vehicle. Imagine if it was a pregnant lady or middle aged woman. From this experience I will never be purchasing from Rebel anytime in the near future, I think most people out their can visualise how this experience panned out. If I was the store manager that bloke at East Maitland store wouldve been issued with a written warning from his lazyness. And all this 3 days before christmas. Companies like rebel need to update their online selling stock in realtime, so when a customer purchases a product the customer knows exactly what stock is instore.
