Great way to stay fit from the comfort of my home

I've always loved riding outdoor and into work, however, since I now walk into work I found that I seldom had that push to ride my bike. I started noticing the decrease in leg muscle, that is when I decided for this exersise bike and I love it. It has got a few different workouts and many resistance levels. I recommend this bike. I also recommend that when you get it assembled you ask for the seat and handle to be set at your most comfortable level then. I also recommend that you check it out online for specifications so that you find a suitable spot in your house near a power point as the bikes screen operates on electricity. The bike looks very neat and stylish in my lounge room prompting me to use at any time.

Waiting for Rebel warranty to replace/repair bike

I would love to be enjoying my new exercise bike that arrived just under three weeks ago, however, due to a manufacturing error one the electrical cables do not connect. As a result, my partially constructed exercise is siting forlornly in the corner, waiting for Rebel's subcontractors to sort out the warranty repairs.

Not very comfortable

I've had this bike a couple of months now and I haven't used it as much as I would have liked. The seat is so uncomfortable, I couldn't stay on it for more that a couple of mins. I have now bought a new seat, which is slightly better, but I will have to invest in more padding. I also don't like the level of the handlebars. There is no high position for more upright riding.

Not too bad, quiet which is great

I am reasonably happy with my purchase. It's very quiet when in use. Unfortunately, the bike arrived with a chipped magnet and there is no resistance. It's possible the resistance issue occurred during assembly but the wires connecting the motor and screen/computer are extremely short, obviously fragile, so difficult to connect. After sales care appears to be on it.

Faulty from day 1

Bought this over 4 months ago. Was faulty from day 1. Making a horrible sound each time I use it. Sound gets worse the more I use it. Made a complaint about it immediately. 4 months on, the technician has failed to fix it twice now and now I'm being told there is nothing wrong with the bike and it's obviously a lie and in my head, from the company directly being called a lier. The technician knows its faulty and ordered parts to fix it, 2 attempts to fix this machine and if it wasn't faulty, why would they have tried twice now. Do not buy anything from proform. Fair traiding is now involved.
