I don't like that you need to pay for an iFit membership to use different programs, it is strictly manual use without it. The stride is also not as wide as an elliptical in the gym but this didn't take too long to get used to.

Do not buy, the product is not compatible with Australian power. The product doesn't work. Rebelsport have not been helpful or even bothered responding to any emails.

Went into a store to try product before purchasing, 5 weeks ago. Delivered not working. Two Technicians out to my home, two faulty parts later, still broken & unable to use. Told a replacement elliptical would be sent & the unusable collected, Rebel have not honoured what I was told. A request for a refund has been ignored. I have been in constant contact with these issues & following all advice. Here I am with a broken elliptical trainer. How is this acceptable to Rebel, I dont know. I would not recommend. Very dissapointed with my experience.
