Proform Sport 5.5 PF21 Treadmill

My wife and I are both quite active - she is a group fitness instructor and I am in the Army. When one of the kids got COVID and it worked it's way through our family and kept extending the isolation time we thought we were going to go nuts, until we bought the treadmill. This thing was a life saver. During the first two weeks we had it I think my wife and I probably clocked up at least 150km on it. Each. The treadmill didn't miss a beat throughout this baptism of fire and 'rona. It has a couple of speakers built in so you can hook up a tablet and watch netflix while you run and they aren't super loud, but loud enough to hear it over the noise of running and it makes the boredom of treadmill running a little easier to bear. The pitch/angle varies up to 10 degrees and if you have an iFit account you can do guided running workouts on your tablet where it automatically adjusts the incline in accordance with what's on the screen. Is it value for money? I don't know. I do know that it saved our sanity during lockdown though. We bought it while it was discounted and haven't had another to compare it with. It is smaller than ones I've run on in gyms before, but not uncomfortably so. It has done the job we bought it for and continues to perform without issues, so no complaints here.

The treadmill is definitely long enough (I am 6.3), and works well. It is a no frills product (no big screen and interactive stuff) but that is what I wanted. I just watch the Ipad or Iphone. The treadmill does the job well. The instructions for set up were adequate, although it did take a few hours with just 1 person. I would buy this again. (Owned for 2 weeks)

After l got this installed l was informed it’s not a treadmill for running on only walking.Has inclined without touching the incline buttons but has only happened once so far

I got this 2-3 weeks ago and I'm fairly happy with it for the price that I paid. There are quite a few little things that they could do to improve it. 1. The fan it pointing up. If you are 6"7 it would be great but at 5"7 its blowing on my face and above my head. It needs to point down a bit or even beter be adjustable. 2 then controls are simple until you press a wrong button and everything gets messed up. I pressed a button and then when ever I pressed any number for speed eg 3 to go 3km per hr it would shoot straight up to 10km. It took a fair while to work out how to fix it as there are only a few buttons that have multiple uses. 3 the track does stick every now and then, i hope it doesn't get worse or it will he hoing back. 4 if it had a smooth surface and not textured, it would be great. As you vould put a phone holder or tablet holder on it. I assume they dont have this as the sell an attachment to hold your tablet. Only thing is I was not offered to buy this from Rebel, I guess they don't sell it. All up its ok for the money but could be a lot better with a few little changes.

Great value for the price. It appears durable with a variety of features. Assembling took 2-3 hours, but worth it . So far so goog.
