An upgrade for me with a sore bum issue

Delivery took about a week and I understand the extra cost given how bulky the item is. There is a good YouTube video for assembling this product. It might interest you that this item is quite a bit cheaper in the US, but Australia is quite far away from everywhere so shipping costs might be factored in. The bike has a very solid build, feels very sturdy while I am riding. The magnetic resistance gives a good range of resistance and I could probably do sprints if I wanted. It has a road bike style seat and sitting position which requires an amount of upper body strength to hold yourself up while you ride. I wouldn’t recommend this bike to older people for this reason. My big problem at the moment is the seat makes my bum go numb sooner than I would like. I struggle to ride for an hour for this reason but 30 mins is fine. I warn potential buyers that the iPad holder is quite narrow and while it fits my iPad mini 6th gen I have to take the cover off. A normal base model iPad won’t fit I wouldn’t think. To finish I’ll just add that the dumbbells that attach to the seat are totally pointless. Are you meant to use the 3 pound weights while you ride? I took mine off. Maybe don’t bother attaching them in the first place if you buy this bike.

Easy to set up for a hard workout.

Great quality and very sturdy. Could do with a little further adjustment for tall people but otherwise feels good. Connects to the app fairly seamlessly, the weights are an added bonus, the solid frame surrounding the screen fits a phone perfectly or a tablet to watch/listen to something or replace the onboard screen with the app. The only downside is the seat is quite uncomfortable, but it's an exercise bike not a couch.

Good and Bad Points

The bike has its good and bad points, is well built, the action is smooth and the console is easy to use, however the ifit classes not really match up with the effort that the trainers seem to be saying and the resistance is sort of very little between most levels with a pronounced jump in resistance between 11 and 12. Also the handle bars are a bit low on maximum height for taller riders. The seat has heaps of adjustment but not the bars, so if you over 6 ft you'll be bent over pretty well
