Troubles With Assembly

Had troubles assembling, the threads were crap! When putting the pedals on the first one went on fine but the second one was completely cross threaded before I even put the pedals on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Warning! $60 per month subscription required

I feel like I've been scammed.. I bought this because it has the touch screen with the guided workouts, I've had one previously and I could ride the entire tour De France in phases with that one, but I start to use and find that there are only a dozen or so free rides and to use it properly requires a $60 per month subscription! That's the cost of gym membership where I could do spin classes 🤯 there was no notice in store telling me that a subscription was required nor was I advised by the salesman who was great and probably just doesn't know. I really feel like I've been cheated out of my money and payed $800 for a bike that only give me access to the features of a $300 bike.. Genuinely feel like I've put $500 straight in the bin, that's 21 hours of work for me that I've just thrown away.

This is terrible worked for a month and then the software couldnt be reset inspite of numerous conversations with iFIT in America - DO NOT BUY

Rubbish

Poor quality, everything is loose. Not advertised but you need a monthly subscription to access anything other than manual ride, it’s asking for a fingerprint to start but i haven’t set it it up so not sure who’s it wants. Piece of crap total waste of $1000

Waiting for repairs so too soon to tell

It had a broken wire and it isn't fixed yet. I have not been able to use the bike. It appears that you can't use the bike manually without the screen working.
