Benefit of PTP for home exercise during lockdown

l have a spinal disease and spinal curvature that requires regular treatment at a gym. Wish I had used this roller years ago,

I was in a rush to get this ASAP as I’d been suffering from knots in my hamstrings I just couldn’t stretch out and it was causing aches at night. It’s so easy to do a 1-3 minute ‘rollout’ when I feel a bit tight esp before work. I guess I’m also lazy on stretching so this makes it easier. I decided not to go with the cheapest brand, so far so good. I would buy the same again but maybe a large one next time. Rebel doesn’t offer the largest size, only small and medium.
