Perfect Massage Roller

This product is great, especially for football players. I bought it after a major soccer injury and its helped prevented further injury as well as helps with great post-match recovery. Overall, a really good quality product that wasn't cheap but well worth the investment.

Deep massage

This product is amazing for aching muscles, it hurts a little to roll but it helps relieve the constant aches after leg day. I have found that regular use has helped alleviate pain and gets deeper than a regular foam roller. I also like that it came with an instruction booklet with photos on how to use the roller for different parts of your body. At first I rolled quite hard and bruised myself a little but it really helped get deep into the muscles where massages weren't helping and as you use your own body weight it gets the job done!
