Stretch strap

Needed something to help me with stretching my leg muscles. Find this most useful as I have very little bend due to arthritis. I can wrap it over my foot and get great leverage.

The band itself is no doubt strong and of good quality.. but personally I found the width a bit wide for my hand and perhaps a little taut for certain exercises
