A simple twist of the aluminium caps on the custom built handles with allow you to adjust the length of the rope to suit your height and personal fitness level.

Worst skipping rope ever, constantly get's tangled and has kinks in it. Don't waste your money, have contacted Rebel for an exchange and refund and have not heard back.......

OK handle weight with limited adjustments. Ballbearing wasn't working smoothly as expected. Good for home gym ocassional use, but NOT recommend to beginner nor professionals.

Rope spins in handle so gets completely twisted in itself - you can only so about 15 skips before having to stop and fix

I would opt for a cheaper rope next time. The plastic coating on the wire rope wears down really quickly if you use the rope on a concrete or rough surface.
