Really handy workout tool in lockdown! The different resistance bands are suitable for different workouts and are great for my squats, bridges and shuffle walks. I love that they come in a handy little bag, I can just take it with me to the nearest park and get a full body workout in!

For Those Of Us With Hair

The fabric bands are great for those of us that don’t shave our legs or arms (the rubber bands can pull hair). They don’t seem to stretch as far as the rubber type, but that’s a small price to pay for not having my hair pulled out. The fact that they’re washable is also a great feature.
