Loving the power tubes. They really surprised my by their effectiveness and I am feeling my strength grow daily. I love the workout sheets that come with the tubes showing the body parts you're working.

Been liking and enjoying this product since the day I bought it. I find that it is really fitting for me and my body type (skinny, 5ft, 40kg, 26yo) and my stregth level. I would also add that this is a gentle band, which is great for me!

Really nicely made

I needed this for rehab and was very suprised by the quality, it's really good. All the components are very well made and the handles are really nice to hold. I like using this a lot and will be looking to get the next levels up. I'm 6 foot 1 and I don't feel like I'm going to break it either.

An excellent dumbbell substitute

With gyms closed in Melbourne I started using resistance bands and tubes at home and have been amazed at how effective they are and the results I am achieving. I now have ultra light, light and medium resistance PTP PowerTubes. I was skeptical at first but didn't really have much choice as I was unable to buy dumbbells due to demand. The box has a very detailed illustrated list of exercises that can be performed for all body parts. The handles are very comfortable and this band is perfect for me to use (a small lady) for lateral and front raises as well as over head exercises.
