Quality dropped off a cliff in the last year

I loved my first one so much I recently bought a second sensory ball. I was absolutely appalled to discover a massive drop in quality. The new version is blunt, much squishier & has the cheap plastic smell that is probably releasing phthalates (I.e. unsafe). The original was durable and delivered pointed acupressure. The newest fails to deliver acupressure, feels like a lumpy ball. I'm certain it's the same product cause I've got matching exercise guides for both. Ptp hasn't responded to my email concerns. It's predatory and unethical to change a product this much and keep selling it in the same box. Disgusting business practice to drop quality once they've got good reviews.

Im so excited I purchased the PTP Sensory ball ,it has helped enormously toward my recovery of knee replacement the chart that comes with ball has alot of different areas of the whole body that you can also use to help muscle tissue pain. Would highly recommend it to anyone Awesome product

Great for travel, good material

Love this ball. It's great for muscle recovery, and it's a little squishy, meaning you get a bit of give on the ball, but still solid enough to get perfect feel for recovery. I take it travelling with me!
