Perfect for assisted stretching

This band has been a massive help for my wife. She often needs to stretch her ITB, glutes and other leg muscles and some conventional stretching is unachievable. Highly recommend using these bands!!

Excellent quality made product . Easy to use instruction sheet comes with flexiband shows variety of exercises. Plus great YouTube channel with more detailed instructions on how to do the different exercises with the flexiband.

unworth product

i bought this product for the resistant training to increase the leg musical. this one was last one left at shall. well, the band textile is hard and very unconformable, easy to hurt the angle skin. boring product, almost use fewer and fewer in the future. wish could find something slimier.
