Very disappointed, poor design.

I bought this rope based on the reviews, however I found the rope to be poorly designed. The mechanism they have for adjusting rope length is a bracket around the rope with a screw to tighten it into place. I am 185cm tall, and I had to shorten the rope about 10cm each side. This resulted in the overhang hitting my hands as I skipped, very distracting. Also, when I stumbled my skip, and had to start again, the handles can slide down the other way from the bracket and screw, so you need to completely stop and fix that before you can start skipping again. I have been skipping regularly for nearly 20 years and this is the worst rope I have ever used.

Excellent speed rope, the best money can buy. Be careful when you lengthen or shorten the rope, make sure you screw the bearing on tight as it may fly off mid use otherwise and they’re small abs easy to loose.

Awful. Rigid and stiff and snaps often after just a few jumps. Thought paying more would be better but honestly the $5 one from Kmart is WAY easier to jump and 10x more durable and reliable.
