Warning - Expect to have decent body changes

I was in the Army for 7 years, we wore heavy equipment in our daily training and I was the in the best shape for those years. Since discovering the PTP XGravity Weighted Vest I am able to achieve, to some degree, similar work outs, weighted walks like I used to. Wether walking or working out with a weight vest, you’re bound to have faster results in gaining muscle and losing weight. I am 161cm, 57kg female and this fits me perfectly. I started with the 10kg and already can’t wait to move up to adding x2 2.5kgs and 5kg insert plates.

Lose weight by carrying weight.

Great to wear. Have walked 7 km a day in all weather conditions carrying 20kg. Comfortable across the shoulders Can carry 2.5kg up to maximum 20kg. Weights fit in pockets within the vest. Very interchangeable. Cannot fault the product.
