Use of product when running

Great concept, easy to hold, does not fall out of hand and plenty of storage for car keys, glasses etc. I do find it difficult to slide my phone into the clear slot compartment as the plastic grips onto my phone case. No phone case, no problem with sliding it in.

Not good for running

This hand held water bottle is a fantastic idea however being so cheap unfortunately you get what you pay for which is not much at all, the hand held strap moves around too much and the phone holder slides and hangs down low while running, it is quite annoying and just not stable... I wish someone would make a higher quality version of it because this one is just what it is.... Cheap.. sorry

Very comfortable to run with, but of a tight fit for larger iPhones (xr etc) but still works really well. Definitely a great option if you’re after handheld hydration

Does the job and cheap and available.

I don't like the waterbottle cause its hard to drink out of. So using a camelback one. It doesn't hold the weight of my huge phone particularly well so have to make sure you pay attention and not hold by the waterbottle otherwise it will pop off. It does fit a galaxy s22 ultimate so that being the most important bit.
