They were really comfortable in my son's shoes for the first 30 min but then started moving around. The stickiness really did not last long and as a result, it is more annoying than helpful. Would be a great product if this problem could be sorted.

These don’t eliminate our sons foot/heel pain, but they do help in cushioning his heel and therefore reducing pressure.

These are great! I tried a few different Heel wedges that weren't quite right but these are perfect! They are comfy & you hardly notice them in your shoe!!

My daughter does cadeta and after 2 hrs her feet was sore. I tried these gel heel cup and she said its helping alot that her feet dont get sore anymore.

These were recommended by staff to aid recovery and pain in the knee by reducing some of the shock delivered by impact of the heel to ground. This product has helped reduce the after training pain and has allowed me to train the full session.

I purchased this item for my son, who is 15 years playing Football and had pain in his heels. He has been wearing the Realign Recovery Gel Heel Cup everyday and also when he has his training and games. This pain he has is very difficult to just be resolved this quickly but as time goes on, he should see some results.
