Great support for a number of injuries, provides a bit of confidence in using normal range of motion without restricting movement. On the odd occasion curls up and doesn’t stick properly even after warming and allowing to adhere, on the whole definitely worth using.

It’s good tape on dry land but it came off very easily in the shower so loses a point for water resistance. Doesn’t irritate skin and provides good support.
