Difficult to set up, purchased as a Mothers Day gift and it is back in the box. I called the store to see if I could exchange it and they said no because we took it out of the box.

It works incredibly well for the price that it's set up. So far everything seems accurate (like the step counting) and there are many cool faces I can download for the watch face. This isn't a negative thing but just be aware that you need to check that it is charging and you may have to fiddle around with it a bit but it will work after a few tries.
