The concept breaks down the skill into three key actions to make it as easy as possible to master, with the mantra being “cover the ears, point the nose, and kick the chin”. It's designed in partnership with AFL Superstar Rory Sloane and former AFL Premiership player James Podsiadly, so you know your young one will be in great hands!
