It gives good support against backwards shoulder movement, however, it is limited at the front. It fits well under clothes, but can become uncomfortable after long periods

It has been a great support for my torn shoulder ligaments, my job requires a lot of reaching so it helps protect me from over reaching , I also am an Outrigger Paddler and by using the support it is keeping me on the water.
