Do not heat!!

Mouthguard was destroyed when heated and placed on packaging, stuck to plastic and couldnt be recovered.

Keep on grinning

Simple to fit, just follow the instructions. Took 2 goes to get the desired fit. Less of a mouthful when in place and doesn’t affect speech as much as other mouth guards previously used. Only short coming that my son found was that the mouth guard didn’t extend back far enough to his back teeth compared to other mouth guards used. Happy with the results. No colours were available at the time of purchase
