Great for drills and warm up

Bought this to help groove my swing and stop me from chopping down on the ball. Use it before every range session when it’s in the bag and sometimes before rounds. The weight of it really helps you warm up and get loose. Just make sure you have the space to swing it!

SKLZ GOLF Flex gold swing trainer

The SKLZ flex golf swing trainer was recommended to by a golf coach, I was sceptical at first thinking how could this thing help my swing but it really does. The way it makes you move using natural body dynamics of swinging changed the way I move throughout my swing. Due to the weight at the end it forces you to trsnsfer your weight naturally and move like you would when you throw a ball. My golf game has improved out of sight and because you can put it in your golf bag when you play with out breaking the rules, you can get it out at any stage and have a swing to remind yourself how you should move. Best training aid for golf swing I have ever used. Highly recommended
