Helpful training tool for teens. I bough this for my sports mad 13 year old and she loves it. Slightly awkward to wrap the ball but once it is set up, easy to use.

Very poor quality material - the elastic neoprene foam stitched to the clip is so thin it broke within a few days - I'll be taking back for a refund
