Badly made; Does not stay charged

Have been using this on and off for a month, but the charge life is useless and the mid-sleep alert voice "power low".. "power off", not only is annoying but defeats the "sleep" concept of the mask! Cons- - Doesn't keep charge! 😡 - The alert voice is loud, no matter what volume you have the mask set at. - Speakers move around alot and make it uncomfortable. - Velcro band sizing isn't quite accurate. Pros- The only "good" thing about this mask is the soft padded material. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this to anyone, unless you just want a thick eye mask (no music!).

Not overly comfortable especially if you sleep on your side. When you are sleeping on your side, the sound tends to come through louder on the side against your pillow. Needs to be tight to make sure it stays on otherwise it tends to move and gets uncomfortable.

Completely broke within a week. I only managed to charge it twice before it stopped working altogether, and the battery was awful from the start. You can find much better options on Amazon for half the price, and they’ll last significantly longer. This product was a huge letdown—super disappointing.

I don't normally review anything but....

After owning several similar brands, this is the worst. Besides being too big & I have a big head, the leather control panel offers no feel, the buttons cannot be clicked to adjust the volume you have to hold them in thereby guessing the volume. But the worst feature is the stupid blue flashing light when in use. I had to put tape over it before annoying my wife.

Absolutely dumbest thing I've ever purchased. Doesn't sit on head well. The fit is terrible. If you're a female & sleep with your hair up then forget this as it won't sit. Sound is crap & didn't improve my sleep one bit but infact made it worse
