I bought this online for the purpose of helping me to get changed on the beach when open water swimming. That is not what this is intended for. That said, you can kind of do it but it’s only marginally better than just using a beach towel. This is more of a keep warm type coat. I think there are change garments in surf shops. For what I was looking for it’s 3 star, as a keep warm coat it’s 5 star. My bad.

I bought this today for winter training. The jacket is nice and warm with a nice lined pockets. The hood is great too. FYI - The size guide provided is not accurate as it’s based off swimmer sizing. I thought I would’ve needed a L but ended up with an XS. The jackets I think run large. I would recommend trying on in store.
