Hi, I like the racket, however the service was not really good to be honest. I asked the person working at rebel when I picked up the racket if it comes with a cover but she said they don't have the cover. I was quite disappointed and was not really friendly with me. I asked what she can do to get the cover, she said she cannot get it, I have to be happy with it (more or less). For $280, the minimum is to provide a cover for it I think as advertised on your website "Comes with full-sized racquet cover to keep it safe when not in use".
