The Teeter FitSpine LX9 Inversion Table is a life-changing piece of exercise equipment that helps relieve back pain, muscle tension, muscle spasms and sciatica. This premium inversion table is supported with an 8-point suspension system that flexes as you move. Daily necessity

This is my second purchase, and is for my second home. I can’t be without it! I have learned to do various stretches and exercises, like crunches, to strengthen my core while relieving chronic back pain. The LX-9 is well made, smooth and solid. No way to duplicate the stretching this device enables.

Works very well to relive back pain and pressure. When feeling some aches or discomfort I use it 4 times a week. Normally try to use once or twice to maintain.

Device itself is really well made. You do need to take time positioning the head rest and the pressure point nodules. Using for cervical spine issue - regenerating a somewhat degenerative disc. Cleaning up my diet, exercising, and incorporating Teetering has been really helpful. Noticing I can extend the time between physical therapy visits. Don't need to go as much.

I’ll have to admit that my nephew convinced me to buy the Teeter, and I’m so glad he did!!! I had a cheaper inversion table and literally wore it out in a few years. The Teeter is such good quality, more comfortable to use, and easier to control. I’m having some issues with my shoulders and upper back. It feels so good to do my shoulder exercises while lying on the Teeter. I’ve even thought of taking a nap on it so my shoulders can open up. I’m very pleased with my Teeter!!

Teeter saved by back.

My C5 spine was not supported by the disc and I have been using the teeter for 3 years now. Wow!. I use it 2 to 3 times a day for 5 to 15 minutes. I feel great. Sciatica is gone and I have no more back pain. At times when I cough I feel my spine crack. Just like being in at a chiropractor. Love it. I tell all my friends about this. You will never regret purchasing at a great price. Saving money on chiropractors and medicine. Easy to use and for other family members. Safe to use and easy to fold when your done using it.
