Cone? Yes. Collapsible? Technically, yes.

As cones go, they’re fine, but, I mean, how hard is it to be a cone? I will point out though that these do not collapse for storage... which is what I thought they’d do. They are collapsible in that if you fall on one it’ll collapse under you... bit of a gimmick really... how often have been impaled on one of those razor-topped, rigid cones on the market? Never? Me neither.
