The standard size tennis ball is attached to an 8m elastic cord, the harder you hit the faster it comes back. The trainer is stabilised by a heavy-duty base which can be filled with both water or sand with a non-slip base for multi-surface play. The tennis trainer is easy to assemble design packs down quickly for compact storage at home or on the go. Not enough weight in the base.

It would be better if it was more weighed down. It tends to move around too much when hitting the ball. Especially if you are a hard hitter.
