Was a little skeptical as to if this would help but very pleasantly surprised. I like a hot heat pack and the heat is instantaneous and just the right level. The vibration therapy setting feels good too.

Back and core heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t sure if I would like such a heat recovery wrap around. But after using it, I realized it was not only good for lumbar spine but quite nice for the abs too. Wish the battery life was longer so took off one star.
