The main difference between the MB1 and the MBX is that the MBX is firmer, providing a much deeper tissue massage. Otherwise, they are the same size and made of the same material.

Life savers!

I bought one just to try it out a year ago, and they’re so good I bought another (so I can place one on each side of the spine, makes things even) and they really save me. I can survive 6 weeks between physio appointments because I have these to help release the muscles. My wife ended up stealing them from me because she found out how useful they are, so I bought another two. The firmness is fantastic for my back, glutes, etc.

Back & Hip Pain Relief

I found this little thing to be a terrific lifesaver in between physio/chiro sessions! I get lower back/hip flexor issues which can be really painful and the MBX TB has helped me replicate some work down around trigger points. Well worth it.
