The super compact, TriggerPoint Nano Vibe Foam Roller is only 7.5 inches to help target muscles in the feet, hands, and forearms. I purchased this for my father who had a stroke about 8?years ago his right side muscles don’t function the same so this has help in release of muscle tensions on his toes as the are constantly curled his calves have also not cramping up as much.
