Simple, versatile and effective

While it’s pricey for what is basically just a few straps with handles, it is totally worth it in terms of the gym equipment it can effectively substitute for. Especially when the gyms are closed and fees are on hold. I’ve only had it for a few weeks but have found I can definitely get a pretty decent work out and the variety of potential exercises is enormous. The program guide it comes with is very basic but just search online for “TRX <back/chest/shoulder etc>“ and there is a tonne of content and variety to choose and learn from. Super easy to use and transport in the carry bag. I’ve been hanging it from a tree in the park.

Brilliant!

From the minute I pulled the TRX out of its box I was impressed! Superb quality, easy to set up, great bonus of free exercise PDF’s and videos on the TRX website. Adjusting the strap length for different exercises is quick and easy and the exercises are easy to follow. This system is going to give great results!

Just like I used in my workout at the gym

I had used a TRX at the gym with my trainer. Having moved to a remote location the TRX Strong System allows me to replicate the training at the gym, and in a small space and with limited additional equipment. I love it!
