WaterRower A1 S4 Select Ash Rower

Solid machine, wonderful for the lock down period right now. Bought it for my wife since gym is closed, and end up using it quite a bit myself. The seat and strap is comfortable, and the digital read is crystal clear. Very much liked the concept of using real water to emulate the feeling of rowing, the resistance gets stronger when being pulled harder and that means not any manual level settings are required, even my 7 year old can row for a few hundred metres when he wants to. The noise (mainly from the water) is a little loud, especially when we try to exercise during the evenings after the kids have gone to bed. Can be stood up in the corner of the room without taking a large footprint, that is huge plus since we originally was quite concerned on whether to store this, now it is just next to the TV and doesn't feel too strange Have recommended to a few friends for them to get this as well.

I think back to my years of soccer, kilometres of non stop running ability and a fitness level that was akin to an Ethiopian long distance runner and wonder 'is it possible to get that back?' after 13 years with no exercise, aged 42, family and a desk job. The answer to that question is no, it's not, but this rower certainly has the potential to get me back in good shape quickly. Been using it solidly for the last 3 odd weeks with Sundays off and safe to say I've come close to soiling myself and passing out a couple of times due to the body not being used to endurance exercise for so long, that's my own fault for pushing it though and pretending I'm actually fit. Low impact so I can still walk the next day with knees that copped a beating earlier on in life. Missus has been getting on it too to burn off those wine calories caused by me leaving my clothes on the floor amoung other things which may or may not be trivial depending on who you ask. I know she's noticed the physical changes in the short space of time and we all know what she's thinking. She won't admit it though and that's ok. I will say I've also cleaned up the diet a bit which also helps with losing weight and getting in shape. If you're gonna buy this, do it properly and stay committed. With how good the machine is, it shouldn't be an issue to get into a good routine. If I can do it, you probably can to. I'd post some photos of the gains, but I don't want to over sell it. All I can say, awesome machine.

I really love the above WaterRower it allows you to exercise in the comfort of home and the equipment[ Is so quiet and with no impact on your body beautiful.

After a lot or research I felt the WaterRower would be the best rowing machine for my needs. I was after a machine that was quiet, well build, and looked good. Assembly took a bit over 30 minutes and all of the required tools are supplied. The machine is excellent to use and is very quiet in operation which is good as I often go for a row at 5:00am and I do not want to disturb the rest of the household. The quality of the machine is first rate and the S4 monitor should have all the functions that any one would need for training at home.

Easy to assemble, a pleasure to use. The whole family enjoys using it. The sound of the water is very therapeutic and a real incentive to get on it.
