rebel – Ultimate Grand Final Experience (the "Competition")

Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter is Rebel Sport Limited A.C.N. 78 003 283 823 of IBC Business Estate, 29-33 Carter Street, Lidcombe NSW 2141 (the "Headquarters").
2. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. This is a game of chance. The winners will be selected at random.
4. Entry is only open to Australian residents only. Children up to and including the age of 16 years and the guardian and/or parent of the child are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions set out herein on behalf of the child and in their personal capacity as guardian or parent of the child. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
5. The Competition commences at 4pm (AEST) on Friday 31st August 2018 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Sunday 23rd September 2018 ("Promotional Period"). All entries must be received by the Promoter within the Promotional Period.
6. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are members of the rebel active loyalty program. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
The Prize, Draw and Notifications
7. To be eligible for the Competition, a complete entry entails:
- Join/register the rebel active loyalty program of the promoter.
- Enters their details on the rebel competition page on the rebel website & nominate which competition the entrant would like to enter and their favourite team.
8. There 2 Main Prize(s) include:
Prize 1 includes:
o 2x Category 3 Tickets to the Toyota AFL Grand Final at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on 29.09.2018.
o 2x Tickets to the 2018 AFL Crown Grand Final Breakfast
o 2x Return economy flights from nearest Australian capital city (Airport decided at time of fare booking, including airline and airport associated taxes) to a Melbourne domestic Airport (if winner resides more than 200km from the MCG)
o 2x Nights double accommodation (if winner resides more than 200km from the MCG)
Prize 2 includes:
o 2x VIP Corporate Hospitality passes to the 2018 NRL Grand Final at ANZ Stadium on 30.09.2018
o Money Can.t buy experience, led by an NRL ambassador, including pre-game change room and on field tours.
o 2x Return economy flights from nearest Australian capital city (Airport decided at time of fare booking, including airline and airport associated taxes) to a Sydney domestic Airport (if winner resides more than 200km from ANZ Stadium)
o 2x Nights double accommodation (if winner resides more than 200km from ANZ Stadium)
9. The total prize pool is valued at $2990 as of 20th August 2018.
10. The winning entries will be drawn at 10am (AEDT) on Monday 24th September at the Promoter.s Headquarters.
11. The Promoter will notify the winner(s) via email and by phone. The winner.s name will be published on the promoter.s website on Monday 24th September.
12. If the winner fails to claim the prize by 4:30pm Tuesday 25th September, or the winners entry is deemed invalid by the Promoter, the winner is deemed to have forfeited and abandoned the prize. The Promoter will select another winner at 5pm on Tuesday 25th September at the Promoter.s Headquarters. The Promoter will notify the alternate winner by phone or via email immediately. The alternate winner.s name will be published on the promoter.s website on Wednesday 26th September. If the alternate winner fails to claim the prize by 10am Wednesday 26th September, the promoter will redraw the prize until a winner is found and contacted.
General Conditions
13. No part of the prize is exchangeable, redeemable for cash or any other prize or transferable.
14. If the winner is unwilling or unable to attend the prize event on 29.09.2018 or 30.09.2018, they forfeit the prize and neither Rebel nor the event organiser is required to substitute the prize. If the prize event is cancelled, or rescheduled and the winner is unwilling or unable to attend the rescheduled date, neither Rebel nor the event organiser will be liable in respect of any such cancelation and/or rescheduling of the prize event.
15. Use of the prize is subject at all times to the winner complying with the MCG Conditions of Entry, AFL Venue Entry Policy, ANZ Stadium Conditions of Entry & NRL Conditions of Entry while at the MCG & ANZ Stadiums (available at http://www.mcg.org.au/the-stadium/visitor-information/conditions-of-entry, http://www.mcg.org.au/_/media/files/mcg/general/conditions-of-entry-to-afl-venues.pdf?la=en, http://www.anzstadium.com.au/the-stadium/conditions-of-entry/, http://www.anzstadium.com.au/media/450192/nrl-conditions-of-entry.pdf). The event organiser expressly reserves the right to eject any winner and/or his/her companion for any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to intoxication, in relation to their use of the prize.
16. The Promoter is entitled to verify the validity of entries and the indentity entrants/winner(s), and to disqualify any entrant/winner who submits an entry that is contrary to these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage is not a waiver of those rights.
17. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
18. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury, death, loss and damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including but not limited to any liability arising from any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; any reason beyond the Promoter.s reasonable control; any variation of the prize value; any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant; or redemption or use of a prize.
19. Conditions relating to the Prize and travel arrangements:
19.1. The winner and their companion are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the prize), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
19.2. If the prize cannot be provided for any reason, rebel reserves the right to provide an alternative Prize to the same value and nature, subject to approval by The Promoter.
20. If the Competition is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter is entitled to, the fullest extent permitted by law: disqualify any entrant; or subject to any direction from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition.
21. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties and if required, to the Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
22. By submitting an entry, entrants expressly consent to the Promoter using:
22.1. The entrant.s entry (either in part or in full), name, likeness, image and/or voice to be reproduced and/or published in any medium for an unlimited period without renumeration for the purpose of promoting this Competition, the Promoter.s business, and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter; and
22.2. Their personal information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. 23. The Promoter will endeavour to provide the entrant with an option to opt out of receipt of such communications every time the Promoter contacts the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.
